Paid plans

• Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake, under their processing rules.
• If the service failed to deliver a summary you were charged for, email lixingliangsy@163.com with the session details and we will review it.

What is not covered

Change of mind after heavy use within a billing period, or dissatisfaction with outcomes that depend on factors outside an eval, such as real-world traffic.
